Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") is part of the Terms of Service of Action Units Technologies LLC ("Action Units," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and governs all purchases, subscriptions, and financial transactions made through the platform located at app.actionunits.com and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Action Units is a digital platform and all services are delivered electronically. By making any purchase or subscribing to any paid service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all monetary transactions processed through the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Subscription fees for premium or paid-tier access
• One-time or recurring payments for capper marketplace services
• Fees for access to picks, predictions, analysis, or exclusive content
• Any other paid features, tools, or services offered on the Platform

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a transaction has been completed, no refunds, returns, credits, account adjustments, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with picks, predictions, analysis, or content received
• Unfavorable betting outcomes or financial losses resulting from the use of information obtained through the Platform
• Failure to use or access purchased services within any given period
• Changes in personal circumstances, preferences, or financial situation
• Technical issues on third-party platforms, sportsbooks, or services not operated by Action Units
• Account suspension or termination resulting from violation of our Terms of Service
• Duplicate purchases made in error, unless reported within 24 hours and confirmed by our support team at its sole discretion

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features through the remainder of the billing period for which you have already paid
• No partial, prorated, or future refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period
• No refunds will be issued for any prior billing periods
• Your account will revert to the free tier once the paid period expires

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor, Action Units reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to all Platform services
• Pursue collection of all amounts owed, including any fees, costs, and expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback or dispute
• Report the activity to fraud prevention databases and services
• Take any and all legal action available under applicable law to recover disputed amounts and associated damages

You agree to contact our support team at billing@actionunits.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing concerns directly.

5. Errors & Exceptions

In rare cases involving verified billing errors — such as being charged an incorrect amount due to a system malfunction — Action Units may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a correction or credit. Any such resolution is determined exclusively by Action Units and does not create an obligation or precedent for future transactions. To report a potential billing error, contact billing@actionunits.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

6. No Guarantees of Results

Action Units does not guarantee any specific outcomes, returns, profits, or results from the use of the Platform. All picks, predictions, analysis, recommendations, and content provided by cappers, creators, or the Platform are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss and that past performance is not indicative of future results. The purchase of any service on the Platform does not constitute a promise or guarantee of profitable outcomes.

7. Assumption of Risk

By making a purchase on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own betting and financial decisions
• Action Units bears no liability for any financial losses, damages, or negative outcomes arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information, picks, or content obtained through the Platform
• You have read and agree to the Platform's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable disclaimers
• You are of legal age (18 or older) and are complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

8. Modifications to This Policy

Action Units reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of any paid services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
